Christmas Mini Photoshoot 2020 | Ashleigh Rose Photography | Randpark Ridge, Randburg Studio

Image
This year has really hit our pockets hard, so for this reason we have kept our 30 minute, Christmas session rate (for parents and children) the same as last year's.    In addition to this standard offering, we are offering a micro session (15 minutes) for kiddies who don't like the idea of sitting for half an hour having their photo taken.    Best of all, is our generic/plain white backdrop option which allows our clients who would prefer a non-seasonal shoot - a chance to get one of our phenomenal studio photo shoots at an affordable price. Once again this applies to parents and their children only (nuclear family).    Extra family members can be added at an additional fee.   Limited amount of slots available. Shoots to take place at our studio in Randpark Ridge, Randburg.   If you would like to enquire about what dates and times are available - please email us on ashleighsr@gmail.com Bookings will not be reserved. Full payment reflected i...

Lifestyle Newborn Shoot | Johannesburg Photographer | Ashleigh Rose Photography

Image
We photographed this gorgeous little guy recently in the comfort of his home. With his delightful mop of hair and cute little rose bud mouth he was a dream to capture. His proud parents looked lovingly on and loved all the poses and wraps we used to make this lifestyle shoot even more special. Babies are so small for only such a short time, so if you want to capture baby with all their newborn quirks, remember to book your shoot when they are no more than a month old.

Matric Dance Cocktail Party | Johannesburg Photographer | Event Photography

Image
This year has seen a number of things changed. Things that you and I would normally take for granted, such as one's Matric Dance. This is a South African tradition that goes back many years for all High School students in Grade 12. Unfortunately the year 2020 has seen many of these events either cancelled, postponed or an alternative gathering arranged. So this small group of parents decided to surprise their children with a small Matric dance and celebrate before these matriculants begin writing their exams. Everyone looked wonderful and were incredibly upbeat. You could see that a lot of effort and love had gone into arranging this intimate event. Thanks Vee for calling on us to photograph the occasion. While it is sad that no formal dance ever happened, I'm sure that each of these young adults really appreciate all the effort you went to, to afford them a celebration, come what may.
