We met Sapna and her family at her 6th Birthday party two years ago.  For this, her 8th Birthday, Sapna's mom decided to treat her and her friends with a very decadent party activity that involved working with lots of delicious melted chocolate thanks to 'Dipped and Dusted'.  And tying together this very yummy theme, was Sapna's giant chocolate slab covered Birthday cake. 

After everyone had finished making their goodies, it was time to jump into the pool.  Now the last time we were here, we weren't aware of the little gem down in the cellar.  So imagine our delight when this time, we discovered a window that looked into the pool!!!  I could have had hours of fun photographing the girls under the water.

Equestrian Matric Dance Photoshoot | Matric Dance Photographer

I am always nervous when incorporating something new into a photoshoot, and this particular instance was no different.  I was asked if I'd do some pre-matric dance photos for a beautiful young lady the other day.  Now that wasn't the difficult part.  The part that worried me a little, was that we'd be including two horses!  I love horses and think they are majestic creatures, but I've have never had the privilege of photographing one, so the stakes were high.  Fortunately our lovely lass handled the setting like a pro, and her equine pals Ronnie and Impi were perfect gentlemen.  All-in-all an absolutely stunning photoshoot which will definitely go down as one of my favourites :)
