Evan turned 4 and his mom gave him a stunning little 'Paw Patrol' themed party.  With his hair gelled up and with a Paw Patrol jacket, Evan was a dead ringer for the character, Ryder.  Now before you ask me where Evan's mom bought this totally awesome jacket, it was made for him by his talented gran!!  I know - I want one too!!  With a magician and face painter to entertain, the kiddies had a whale of a time.  My favourite had to be when the music started and Evan and his little buddies all showed us their moves.  So cute.  Thanks Riccolene for calling on us to photograph Evan's beautifully thought-out party.  It was such fun! :)

Equestrian Matric Dance Photoshoot | Matric Dance Photographer

I am always nervous when incorporating something new into a photoshoot, and this particular instance was no different.  I was asked if I'd do some pre-matric dance photos for a beautiful young lady the other day.  Now that wasn't the difficult part.  The part that worried me a little, was that we'd be including two horses!  I love horses and think they are majestic creatures, but I've have never had the privilege of photographing one, so the stakes were high.  Fortunately our lovely lass handled the setting like a pro, and her equine pals Ronnie and Impi were perfect gentlemen.  All-in-all an absolutely stunning photoshoot which will definitely go down as one of my favourites :)
