Micah had a beautiful 'Frozen' themed Birthday Party at the Grayston Preparatory School.  While Frozen parties are still all the rage, this one was taken to another level with every detail so meticulously tended to.  Micah is such a lucky girl and so sweet and friendly too.  With all her friends and family in attendance on such a beautiful hot and sunny day, it was truly a day fit for a princess.  My favourite had to be the life-like Princess Elsa who did the face painting, and of course when the kiddies played muscal chairs.  Really does bring back fond memories.  Thank you Trish for calling on us to photograph this special day :)

Equestrian Matric Dance Photoshoot | Matric Dance Photographer

I am always nervous when incorporating something new into a photoshoot, and this particular instance was no different.  I was asked if I'd do some pre-matric dance photos for a beautiful young lady the other day.  Now that wasn't the difficult part.  The part that worried me a little, was that we'd be including two horses!  I love horses and think they are majestic creatures, but I've have never had the privilege of photographing one, so the stakes were high.  Fortunately our lovely lass handled the setting like a pro, and her equine pals Ronnie and Impi were perfect gentlemen.  All-in-all an absolutely stunning photoshoot which will definitely go down as one of my favourites :)
