 Tammy and Marc tied the knot at one of my favourite venues - the French Provençal inspired Morrells Boutique Estate.  With it's vintage charm it is an absolute feast for the eyes.  And when you have an equally gorgeous couple like Tammy and Marc to photograph, it all promises to be a delight for the senses.  Tammy went all out for a French theme and her bridesmaids and flower girl were  decked out in the traditional blue and red colours. 









































The photobooth pictures!  Now I'm not a fan of props for the 'mobile studio' I offer.  I just feel that when an opportunity such as a wedding presents you with friends and family that you may not have seen in years, this is the ideal time to capture that 'studio' feel group shot.  Props simply ruin the image and whilst they may be fun, they also obscure faces and simply aren't timeless.  I'm sure you'll agree that the following approach, is  far more timeless and precious whilst still being fun.

Equestrian Matric Dance Photoshoot | Matric Dance Photographer

I am always nervous when incorporating something new into a photoshoot, and this particular instance was no different.  I was asked if I'd do some pre-matric dance photos for a beautiful young lady the other day.  Now that wasn't the difficult part.  The part that worried me a little, was that we'd be including two horses!  I love horses and think they are majestic creatures, but I've have never had the privilege of photographing one, so the stakes were high.  Fortunately our lovely lass handled the setting like a pro, and her equine pals Ronnie and Impi were perfect gentlemen.  All-in-all an absolutely stunning photoshoot which will definitely go down as one of my favourites :)
